Welcome
Welcome to my website. In it I intend to help spread this sport of Chess, which is my passion.
I started playing chess in the Youth associations that existed, supported by the Parishes, in the 60s.
Later I joined the team of the Financial Entity where I started working.
We competed in the Tournaments organized by the Federation, and also in Tournaments between Companies, even in Radio Team Tournaments, organized by Radio Juventud de Zaragoza.
For more than 20 years I participated in the Torneo Intercajas, with which I have traveled almost all of Spain.
I am currently in the Agrupación Artística Aragonesa Chess Club.
The Agrupación Artística Aragonesa Chess club is one of the oldest in Spain. Its birth is linked to that of this Entity in 1918. Great national players have belonged to it such as Mundi, Cisneros, Casas, Martínez Mocete (he was champion of Spain by correspondence), Sicilia (he was runner-up in Spain overall), Estella, etc. Among them, Dr. Ramón Rey Ardid stands out, Champion of Spain for thirteen consecutive years, with a federative license from the Aragonese Artistic Group, a mark that has not been surpassed today.
We participate in all the competitions organized by the Aragonese Chess Federation, both individually and by teams. We have about 80 cards between adults and children. We organize several chess tournaments (Santiago Tejero, Primavera, Fernando Ballano, Manuel Alvar, Rey Ardid) and we have one of the best chess game rooms in Aragon. We have a large library and material to organize tournaments.
I have not been a first-line player, but I have done many activities with Chess.
During the 30 years that I worked at the Financial Entity, currently defunct, I was in the IT department.
When I retired I took a video game programming course with Game Maker, and that’s how I made the games Ajedrez Cara a Cara, Ajedrez a la ciega, Ajedrez Posiciones Cara a Cara, and Ajedrez Posiciones a la ciega.
They are chess games that can be used on a PC or Tablet, and have built-in control of moves and time. It has several game modes, such as Hourglass and Gong System
Afterwards I took another 3D video game programming course with Unity, and as a practical course I did the two programs on game annotation, which are: Que escaque es and Chess Bomb
These programs have two very interesting purposes:
- Learn to write down chess moves quickly and safely
- Practice this beautiful sport on a tablet or mobile phone, with several game modes.
Game annotation
According to the FIDE Laws of Chess, during the course of the game each player is obliged to write down his own moves and those of his opponent in the correct way, move after move, as clearly and legibly as possible, in annotation. algebraic, on the form prescribed for the competition.
Algebraic notation is a fairly simple method, but the number of errors in the spreadsheets is incredible. In many cases, even with two players, it is impossible to reproduce the game.
There are players for whom the fact of writing down plays requires such an effort that it even has an impact on the quality of their game.
There are many systems to learn Openings, Endgames, Middlegame, Tactics, Strategy, etc., but I don’t know of any to practice scoring games.
Here I propose a method that I hope will help you learn more about the squares quickly and thus help you score the games more quickly, easily and, above all, safely.
It is a game called “Ajedrez ¿Qué escaque es?”
Once you learn well what each square is called, I propose this game called “Chess Bomb”, and in it, you will practice, in an entertaining way, the name of each square, to gain speed and security in scoring the games.
It is a simple and fun game and if you manage to avoid errors in quick time and the bomb does not explode, you will notice it in the next game you have to score.
Practice chess
To practice, I present to you a game that has four very interesting modes to improve in the game.
You can play anywhere, you only need a tablet.
You can play with all the pieces, or selecting a few to practice endings, for example.
We can play seeing the pieces or Blindfold Chess.
And we can choose two very entertaining game systems that are SAND WATCH and GONG SYSTEM.
Below you can see each of the modalities in more detail:
